Virtual Orthodontic Braces Consultations Now Available To All Patients From North Shore, Chicago

Our team, led by Dr. Michael Stosich, works incredibly hard to ensure very patient receives the very best orthodontic care. While we always prefer to see our patients in person, we know that sometimes that just isn’t possible. We are pleased to introduce virtual consultations to our services.
These virtual consultations are quick and easy, and done in the comfort of your own space. Virtual consultations allow us to continue our personalized care, even when you can’t be in our office in person. They allow us to continue a patient’s orthodontic journey, but they also allow us to begin treatment by serving as the first orthodontic consultation.
The process is easy and straightforward. You can get started by visiting our website at www.identityortho.com. Then, click on the virtual consultation form and get started. After completing three simple steps, you’ll be all set for your virtual consultation.
- Take photos. You can ask a family member to take the photos for you, but selfies will also work. The form will explain the type of photos we need so please be sure to read it carefully before beginning.
- Upload your photos. Once you’ve captured your images, follow the directions to upload them. There may also be additional information and detail we will ask you to provide.
- Schedule your consultation. Once your form is submitted, Dr. Stosich will review your photos and our office will be in touch to schedule a consultation time. If we need any additional information before the consultation, please be sure to provide that as well.

Virtual consultations provide a unique way for patients to begin their orthodontic treatment. Just as with our in-office consultations, this initial at-home consultation is free. It will allow you the opportunity to ask questions and address any concerns about orthodontic treatment, while also allowing us to get to know you and your smile goals. We’ll gather all of the relevant information required, and then craft a treatment plan based on your needs, goals and budget.
When you can’t be in our office in person, it doesn’t mean you can’t begin, or continue, your smile journey. Virtual consultations are simple, while still being highly effective.
